Lent Series continues: The Pillars of Joy: Forgiveness, Gratitude. Wilma Jakobsen facilitates an exploration of the Pillars of Joy: Forgiveness, Gratitude, focused on freeing ourselves from the past, and feeling fortunate to be alive. Based on the Book of Joy, with the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, these practices develop our emotional resilience and our mental immunity, becoming the foundation for living with joy as a foundation and approach to our lives.
